Landmark Provider

I got a request to make a product that hands out landmarks. Simple enough, but as an addition, I needed to store and email logs as well. Enter the landmark provider. Every "X" hours, it sends a report of anyone who touched it to receive a landmark. The owner can modify it and also edit a configuration card inside to provide there own email adddress, how often it emails, a delmiter to seperate data fields, and a name of a folder if they have a lot of items that they wish to give into a seperate folder in the users inventory.
